Parents raise the enquiry for admission through the online portal (https://erp.awesindia.edu.in) then contact the office along with the relevant documents. अभिभावक ऑनलाइन पोर्टल (https://erp.awesindia.edu.in) के माध्यम से प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन जमा करें और फिर संबंधित दस्तावेजों के साथ कार्यालय से संपर्क करते हैं।
Office staff check their online application, verify the documents, and then approve their request for admission. कार्यालय कर्मचारी उनके ऑनलाइन आवेदन की जाँच करते हैं, दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन करते हैं और फिर प्रवेश के लिए उनके अनुरोध को स्वीकृत करते हैं।
After the admission request is approved, the fees are generated, and parents can now pay the fees through the above-mentioned online portal. प्रवेश अनुरोध स्वीकृत होने के बाद, शुल्क जनरेट होता है और अभिभावक अब उपर्युक्त ऑनलाइन पोर्टल के माध्यम से शुल्क का भुगतान कर सकते हैं।
After successful payments, the portal automatically generates students’ admission and then sections are allotted. सफल भुगतान के बाद, पोर्टल स्वचालित रूप से छात्रों का प्रवेश जनरेट करता है और फिर सेक्शन आवंटित किए जाते हैं।
Students are now allowed to attend the class. Admission Rules
A child seeking admission in class-I should have completed 6 years as on 31st March of the session. कक्षा-1 में प्रवेश चाहने वाले बच्चे की आयु सत्र की 31 मार्च तक 6 वर्ष पूरी हो जानी चाहिए।
Admission to civilian students is given from time to time only when there are vacant seats and after a comprehensive evaluation as informed by the administration. Notice for the same will be given on the website. सिविल छात्रों को समय-समय पर रिक्त सीटों पर और प्रबंधन द्वारा सूचित व्यापक मूल्यांकन के बाद ही प्रवेश दिया जाता है। इसकी सूचना वेबसाइट पर दी जाएगी।
Admission to class XI takes place after the result declaration of Std X by CBSE. Therefore, all students desirous of admission will have to deposit fee for April, May and June, in addition to Admission and other charges as applicable. कक्षा 11 में प्रवेश सीबीएसई द्वारा कक्षा 10 के परिणाम घोषित होने के बाद होता है। इसलिए, प्रवेश के इच्छुक सभी छात्रों को अप्रैल, मई और जून के लिए प्रवेश शुल्क और अन्य लागू शुल्कों के अतिरिक्त शुल्क जमा करना होगा।
In case a student does not get admission in the desired stream and seeks to change his school, he/she may do so without payment of fee. Those who delay seeking transfer certificate beyond 10th July, will have to pay full fees. यदि किसी छात्र को वांछित स्ट्रीम में प्रवेश नहीं मिलता है और वह अपना स्कूल बदलना चाहता है, तो वह बिना शुल्क दिए ऐसा कर सकता है। जो छात्र 10 जुलाई के बाद स्थानांतरण प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त करने में देरी करते हैं, उन्हें पूरी फीस देनी होगी।
Priorities for Admission
Children of serving Army personnel including DSC (Ex-Army), children of Army widows and children of those TA personnel who have a minimum of 5 years embodied service.
Children of Ex-Army personnel retired/invalided out on medical grounds with pension, DSC personnel retired with pension from DSC.
Children of serving Air Force, Naval and Coast Guard personnel.
Children of retired Air Force, Naval and Coast Guard personnel.
Children of Ex-Army personnel who left Army with less than 10 years of service and not categorized as ESM.
Children of civilians paid out of Defence Estimates, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), MES, GREF, TA (when not embodied).
Grand-children of serving/retired Army Personnel.
